Evidence suggests that kids should be physically active most days of the week with at least 60 minutes of moderate to vigorous activity every day. Weight bearing and bone-strengthening activities should be done 3 days a week on top of aerobic exercise.
I work on the kids individually to coach them in physical activity and how to improve their physical health and fitness. Apart from coaching about the importance of physical activity, I work on creating a curriculum that the kids can follow. These activities are individualized based on the availability and need for each kid.
